Complete an enrollment form for each instructional term and postsecondary institution (psi) the student attends. Emailed documents will not be processed. Complete only part 1 of the nosr form.

Submit all documents using the pseo admission document submitter. Meet with your high school counselor or other school personnel to discuss your eligibility, high school graduation requirements, the benefits and risks of pseo. We will contact you before the start of fall semester to request a form signed by your new school.

Complete section 1 of the pseo notice of student registration. Complete a notice of student registration form (nosr) for each student’s term and postsecondary institution (psi). 1 copy of your most recent high school transcript;
