Esu Spring 2025 Calendar – The academic calendar is divided into fall and spring semesters of approximately 15 weeks each and summer and winter sessions of varying length. Courses may be added during the first eight calendar days for the fall and spring semesters through the myesu student portal. The last week of the fall and spring semesters is set aside for final examinations. Deadline to submit intent to graduate application for spring 2024 (may) and summer 2024 (august) graduation for undergraduate and graduate students.

A late payment fee of $100 will be applied for balances not paid by the payment deadline and $100 reinstatement fee will be applied for students who are deleted for nonpayment. Credit card payments can be made via owl express. Please check with the professor before adding a class online to make sure the. 24 last day to drop quarter 3 course as no grade Spring break is the week following the spring semester midterm. The holidays and vacations observed by the university are noted on each of the academic calendars.

20 spring 2025 courses begin; *deletion applies to the entire registration, if not paid by the payment deadline. Requirements for the bachelor’s degree cannot be used to satisfy the requirements of a master’s degree at esu unless it is part of an approved accelerated pathways or dual enrollment program.
